Event 4 - Tennis but not as we know it. Keepie-uppies with a tennis ball and racket...hang on let's try a frying pan and a pair of socks. AMRAP in 30 seconds.
 
Scoring:
 
- 1 to 8 repetitions      = 1 point
- 9 to 16 repetitions    = 2 points
- 17 to 24 repetitions  = 3 point
- 25 to 32 repetitions  = 4 points
- 33+ repetitions         = 5 points
