Week 2 workout

Hello! Welcome to week 2. This week we have a boxing theme, if you have skipping ropes you can get those ready (check the ceiling height first) or you can do it without. No other equipment required! We'd love to share your after workout pictures in our newsletter so please once you've completed the workout take a selfie or a picture and share it with Mr Pickup and I. You should aim to complete this twice a week to feel fit and confident! Good luck!
