Week 1 workout

Hello PE class ! More now than ever it's important to keep fit and active and home so me and Mr Pickup (with Morris' awesome filming skills) have put together a HIIT workout for you try out at home. There are 20 moves to do for 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest. KS3 you could try aim for for 45 seconds! We're open to suggestions so if there's any other PE based activities you'd like to see us record please comment below!! Hope you enjoy it - as you can see, we were two tired teachers at the end!
